What does “on-site” manager mean?
The on-site manager is usually the store manager, but may also be another employee who has an apartment on the site and lives at the facility. This enhances the facility’s security, since there will always be someone there, watching over things around the clock—even during non-business hours.
What is climate controlled storage?
Our storage units are climate controlled, which is a feature that not all other storage facilities offer. Climate-controlled units stay at a pleasant temperature year around, neither too hot nor too cold, so that your furniture and other items are not damaged by temperature extremes. Our Canton, Ohio storage units are all maintained at a temperature that ranges between 55 degrees to 85 degrees Fahrenheit.
What is a drive-up unit?
Our drive-up units make it even easier to store your items, since you can drive right up to the storage location to easily unload your items. Compare the different storage options we offer in our storage tips section.
What is a roll-up door?
The roll-up door is a popular fixture in the self-storage industry, and its design allows you to get the most use out of the space you’ve rented for storage. To access a storage unit equipped with a roll-up door, you’ll just roll the door up; roll the door down to close your unit.

What sizes are available and how do I pick my size?
We are proud to offer a broad array of storage units in a range of sizes to handle your storage needs. We offer sizes as small as 5-foot x 5-foot, and as large as 10-foot x 30-foot. We do offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate all your needs.
Indoor Storage Unit versus Outdoor Storage Unit
An outdoor unit is most often a drive-up unit, located on the first floor of a facility while an indoor unit is within the property and will require you to go inside to access your unit which may require the use of an elevator to access your unit.
Office hours and gate hours
During office hours, the store manager will be available to assist you with all your storage needs. The gate hours are the hours of the property and when your unit can be accessed.
What can you do when you forget your access code or lose the key to your lock?
No worries! When such a case arises, you should contact us immediately and we will help you out in a timely fashion.
Can I change my storage unit to a different size after I have already moved in?
Yes, of course you can! We will assist you in making the transition as easy as possible.
Lift access/non-passenger elevator
With lift access, you will use an elevator to move or lift your items. Customers themselves are not permitted to move inside.
It is a small unit that measures 5-foot x 5-foot x 4-foot.
Hours to access my unit
Almost all our storage facilities offer Monday to Friday 6 am – 10 pm access. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30am- 6pm, and Saturday from 9:30 am – 5:30 pm. We are closed on Sunday.
