The process was very easy and the guy in the office was Helpful and friendly. Super quick and gave me all the information I needed so nothing was hidden!! I would definitely recommend them, I needed my storage unit that day and it wasn't a problem .

Big thanks to Dan at Lincoln Street Storage who took the time to show me through the facility in the rain today..I wasn't sure what size I needed but he took the time to show me all that was available! He was thorough, but not pushy. Dan answered all my questions and was extremely helpful in determining what size I would need.. I'm from Louisville and assumed I would use the one on Columbus/Easton but the guy there was not helpful and the place was junky...Dan even offered to help with moving heavy stuff if my daughter and I were unable..Not only is the place in outstanding condition the customer service was exceptional...didn't think it really mattered, but when I met an employee who actually liked his job, smiled, was helpful and happy I decided right then and there to store my stuff with this place!
